From the Prince William County Fire Marshal:
On Thursday, July 7, 2016, Prince William County Fire Marshals arrested Jackelin Esmeralda Rivera, of Woodbridge, for possession and use of unlawful fireworks. The charge is a class 1 misdemeanor and carries a penalty of up to 12 months in jail and/or up to $2500 fine.
The arrest was made in relation to an incident that occurred on July 4, 2016, where she was the alleged responsible party for the discharging of fireworks fired at and striking two vehicles and a residence.
She was released on a $1000 unsecured bond and is to be arraigned on July 20, 2016. Her court date is August 25, 2016.
