From Prince William police:
Sexual Assault Investigation – On July 8, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in Woodbridge.
The investigation revealed that the victim, a 3 year old female juvenile of Woodbridge, was sexually assaulted by the accused, identified as a family member. Another family member contacted police when several concerning pictures were discovered while proactively searching the cell phone of the accused.
Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with 1 count of forcible sodomy, 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery, and 1 count of
possession of child pornography

Sexual Assault Investigation – On July 11 at 5:35AM, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in Woodbridge.
The investigation revealed that the victim, an 11 year old male juvenile, was sexually assaulted by the accused, identified as a family member, earlier that morning. The victim disclosed the assault to another family member who contacted police. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.
