*VICTIM IDENTIFIED & ARRESTS – On February 19, detectives from the Homicide Unit received a positive identification on the victim in connection to the murder investigation from January 13 after remains were located in a wooded area on Barrett Dr in Manassas.
The remains recovered were forensically identified as Oscar Rene ANDRADE, 29, of Manassas. The investigation revealed that the victim was previously reported missing to police on September 14, 2015 by family members after they had not heard from him since September 10.
