3 men stabbed in what police call ‘gang-related’ incident

After a argument escalated, three victims were stabbed in the lower body, forearm, and face.

The victims were transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries, according to report.  They did not cooperate with the investigation, according to police.

Aggravated Malicious Wounding – On January 29 at 11:42PM, officers responded to the MVP Bar and Grill located at 7518 Old Linton Hall Rd in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a stabbing. The caller reported to police that the victims, a 46 year old man of no fixed address, a 47 year old man of Broad Run, and a 48 year old man of Gainesville, were involved in a verbal altercation with the accused which escalated. During the encounter, the victims were stabbed by the accused in the lower body, forearm, and face. The parties were eventually separated and police were contacted. The victims were transported to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries and did not cooperate with the investigation. Officers determined the incident to be gang related. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.

Charged with 3 counts of aggravated malicious wounding

Court Date: March 18, 2016 | Status: Held WITHOUT Bond

Last year, one man was shot and two others wounded after they were involved in an fight that began at the MVP Bar and Grill.
