Investigators said more that 30 shots were fired outside a North Stafford apartment complex Sunday.
Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 1000 block of Providence Street, off Greenspring Drive at 12:27 a.m. for several 911 calls reporting shots fired. Two cars were damaged from the gunfire, as well as an apartment building and nearby townhouse.
Investigators said they were searching for at least two people the say who fled the scene after the shooting in the dark blue 4-door car with New Jersey license plates. The car is possibly a Ford Focus and also, may have sustained damage from gunfire, according to a press release.
No further details about the two individuals was provided.
No injuries were reported.
