Woman sexually assaulted at Walmart in Dumfries

On the afternoon of July 10, Prince William police responded to a call at the Wal-Mart on Jefferson Davis Highway in Dumfries for a sexual assault.

According to Prince William police, the victim – a 29-year old Woodbridge woman – stated that she was shopping in the Wal-Mart when she was approached by an unknown man.

During the incident, the man rubbed against her and inappropriately touched her over her clothing said Prince William police.

The victim informed store employees immediately after the incident, stated Prince William police.

No one was injured.

The individual is described as a black male, possibly 30 years old with a medium complexion, black hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a white hat, white shirt and gray shorts.
