Residents in the immediate vicinity of Marine Corps Base Quantico may experience an increase in noise as an affect from ground/aircraft training or range clearance operations during the week of Apr. 4-10.
Monday, Apr. 6 – Demolition training is scheduled 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Apr. 7 – Demolition training is scheduled from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday, Apr. 8 – Demolition training is scheduled from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday, Apr. 9 – Demolition training is scheduled from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday, Apr. 10 – Demolition and Live Fire training is scheduled from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.

**Please Note: Aircraft supporting training or support to other agencies from the Marine Corps Air Facility at Quantico can also generate noise. The frequency and number of aircraft supporting training can occasionally generate higher volumes of noise. Additionally, atmospheric conditions can amplify aircraft noise volume and the distance sound travels.**
