Triangle man charged with sexual battery of two students

Wesley Earl Phillips, a 20-year old Triangle man, has been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery by the Prince William County Police Department.

Detectives from the Prince William policeā€™s Special Victims unit were called on February 13 to investigate reports of sexual battery at the PACE-East School on Joplin Road in Manassas, according to a Prince William police release.Ā 

The incidents occurred between September 2013 and September 2014.
