Wesley Earl Phillips, a 20-year old Triangle man, has been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery by the Prince William County Police Department.
Detectives from the Prince William policeās Special Victims unit were called on February 13 to investigate reports of sexual battery at the PACE-East School on Joplin Road in Manassas, according to a Prince William police release.Ā
The incidents occurred between September 2013 and September 2014.
