A woman was inside Bethel Lutheran Church in Manassas on Jan. 12 when she saw a man that she didn’t know expose himself.
The man was standing outside a glass door masturbating, according to Manassas police. The woman ran to an office and called police.
About the same time, another woman told police a man approached her in the church parking lot and asked for a cigarette. While the woman was pulling out a smoke from her car, the man fondled her buttocks and ran away, according to police.
The incidents happened between 7 and 8 p.m. Jan. 12 at the church located at 8712 Plantation Lane in Manassas. Police released surveillance video of the man suspected in these incidents.
The man could be driving a Chevrolet Blazer, according to police.
