Best Western hotel in Woodbridge robbed

WOODBRIDGE, Va. – On Dec. 7, an employee at a Best Western hotel told police that an unknown man came in and went up to the counter with a handgun, demanding money. 

Here’s the latest from Prince William police:

Armed Robbery – On December 7th at 2:13PM, officers responded to the Best Western located at 14619 Potomac Mills Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the lobby and approached the counter. The man implied he had a weapon and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the hotel on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Suspect Description:

Black male, between 28 & 38 years of age, 5’10”, 180lbs with a medium build, dark complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and a goatee
