Malicious Wounding | Impersonating a Police Officer – On November 14th at 9:07PM, officers responded to a community clubhouse located in the 16300 block of Kramer Estates Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a large fight.
As officers were responding to the location additional information informed police that a person had been stabbed and that gun shots were heard in the area. Officers arrived at the clubhouse and located a victim, identified as a 13 year male juvenile, suffering from a stab wound to his chest.
The investigation revealed the accused was working as a security guard at a birthday party being held at the clubhouse. At one point, the accused identified himself as a police officer and began turning attendees away due to capacity. As a result, a fight subsequently broke out at the location.
