Endangered Missing Teen May be with Girlfriend

Police in Prince William County are searching for a teenager missing from his Dumfries-area home. 

Here’s more from the police department: 

*MISSING ENDANGERED JUVENILE : The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, endangered juvenile. Family members reported to police that Royce Ratcliff, age 16, was last seen this morning around 6:30AM at his residence on Gullwind Dr in Dumfries.

093014-missing-2Royce is believed to be in the company of another reported missing juvenile, Angelina Occhiuzzo, also age 16. Both teens are believed to have left their respective homes voluntarily and are possibly in a vehicle belonging to Angelina.

Royce may be in need of assistance which qualifies him as being endangered. Angelina resides on Andorra Dr in Woodbridge and is not considered to be endangered at this time. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either teen is asked to call police at 703-792-6500.

Royce Ratcliff is described as a white male, 16 years of age, 6’1”, 150lbs with dark blonde/light brown hair and blue eyes 

Angelina Occhiuzzo is described as a white female, 16 years of age, 5’1”, 96lbs with brown hair and brown eyes

Vehicle: A white 2011 Kia Forte, 4-door sedan with MD-temp tags: 223376T
