We would like to thank the U.S. Customs and Border Protection for their assistance in locating two missing girls this morning. The girls were located near their residence and were quickly placed in the safety of their mother’s arms. We appreciate our Facebook friends sharing our post and sending well wishes.
A helicopter from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency was used in the search for the two girls, police said.
LAKE RIDGE, Va. — Two girls are missing from their Lake Ridge home, police said.

*MISSING CHILDREN: The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two missing girls (sisters). Family members reported to police that the girls, ages 5 and 8, left their home located in the 12700 block of Cara Dr in Woodbridge sometime during the overnight hours. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call police at 703-792-6500.

Last seen wearing a white shirt with flowers and blue jeans, may also be carrying a pink princess backpack
Fatima Alvarado [pictured right], age 8, 4’5”, 70lbs with black hair (in a ponytail) and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a blue shirt with flowers and blue shorts, may also be carrying a purple “Bratz” backpack
