Juliette Anastastia Becker Bardwell, 81, passed away peacefully at her home in Nokesville, VA on July 7, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.
Juliette was the daughter of John and Ruth Becker. She was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She was a gifted artist and writer. She met her future husband, John Lawrence Bardwell, Jr on a blind date at a dance while he served in the United States Air Force. They married on December 23, 1958 and were happily wed for 56 years.
She was survived by her husband, John Lawrence Bardwell, Jr; sons, John Lawrence Bardwell III, Matthew Edward Bardwell and Mark Christopher Bardwell; daughters-in-law, Debbie Bardwell and Rosalind Bardwell; her grandchildren, Justin Coblentz Bardwell, Joshua Luke Bardwell and Cora Rose Bardwell.
A private visitation will be Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center St., Manassas, VA. A private interment will be Friday, July 11, 2014 at Stonewall Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Prince William SPCA.
