WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Police said they found a small child alone, walking in a parking lot. Now, two men face criminal charges.

Here’s the latest in an unedited police report:
Felony Child Neglect – On May 27th at 3:14AM, officers responded to the 2600 block of Penbury Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a found child. Caller reported to police that a child, a 2 year old girl, was found walking around the parking lot and apartment complex unsupervised. Officers were able to locate the child’s residence and identified the caretakers as the accused individuals listed below. The child was not injured and was released to other family members. Following the investigation, the accused were charged.
