Christopher W. Brown, 53 of Woodbridge, VA died on March 7, 2014 at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center.
He was born on September 25, 1960 in Indiana. With 24 years of dedication to the Prince William County Service Authority, he was the supervisor of the Meter Department. Christopher was an avid Cubs fan, and baseball was more than a sport to him, it was a lifestyle. He was a great bowling coach and also loved to bowl. His dog Millie was a true friend that he loved. He treasured his family; loved to BBQ and his pride and joy was “Snuffy”, his yellow Challenger. He also enjoyed touring wineries with his wife.
He is survived by his loving wife, Christine Brown; his daughter, Kimberly D. Brown; his father and mother –in-law, Albert Daniel and Marilyn Green; sister-in-law, Debbie Barlow (Dave); his brother-in-law, Dan Green (Eileen). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Jordan, Courtney, and Michael.
Family and friends will be received at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Blvd, Dale City VA 22193 on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 from 5-9pm. Family and friends will also be received at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge, Hobart IN 46342 on Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 5-8pm. Interment will be private.
