One person is dead and another in a hospital after they were shot during a robbery in Woodbridge.
It happened Friday night at a business in the 14000 block of U.S. 1 near the intersection of Prince William Parkway.

Homicide | Suspected Armed Robbery Investigation – On February 21st at 8:59PM, officers responded to a business located in the 14000 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shooting.
Officers arrived at the business and located two victims, both sustaining gunshot wounds. One of the victims died at the scene. The second victim was transported to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. Witnesses reported three males entering the store followed by gunshots. The suspects fled prior to police arriving at the business.
A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects. Unknown if they fled on foot or a vehicle. The suspects could only be described as black males, all reportedly wearing dark clothing with their faces covered. The investigation continues.
