Peggy Kimmey is the sole employee of Kimmey Training and Consulting, which works with small business owners and their sales staff to help them learn how to be more efficient communicators. It’s something she’s done professionally since 2005 after leaving a job as a computer programmer.
Over the last four years, Kimmey said she has placed more focus on her business and is ready to expand into helping larger companies develop new managers, as well as grow a positive corporate culture in the office.
