DALE CITY, Va. -- A water value in the Darbydale section of Dale City ruptured tonight.
The break has dispruted water service for about 70 to 80 residents in the area of Darbydale Avenue and Delta Court. The break will also affect residents on Dixon Court and Dyer Drive.
These folks will likely be without water until about midnight, as this repair will likely take about 6 hours. Drivers should be extra careful through the area, as the road will be icy, due to the water. The crew will salt as they can, bu drivers should heed traffic signs and take it slow.
