The Toyota subsequently collided with a northbound 2008 Chevrolet HHR and then a northbound 2013 two-axle box truck.
The driver of the Mercury, Ty Shaun L. Holloway, 20, of Hampton, Va., was transported to Stafford Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. His passenger, Dejonniza Q. White, 20, of Bronx, N.Y., died at the scene.
