Child Abuse Charges Filed After Woman Crashes into a Tree

 MANASSAS,Va.– Police charged a woman with Felony Child Abuse. They said she crashed her car into a tree with two small children in the backseat.

Felony Child Abuse –

On September 21st at 8:12PM, police responded to the 9400 block of Brentsville Rd in Manassas (20112) for a single vehicle crash.

The investigation revealed that the driver, identified as the accused, had crashed her vehicle into a tree in the above area.

It was determined that the accused was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Two small children, a 3 year old boy and a 1 year old girl, were seated in the backseat, both were not injured.

Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Nancy Anne DEEN, 35, of 17256 American Elm Ct in Dumfries

Charged with felony child abuse and driving under the influence
