WOODBRIDGE,Va.– Child was pushed off his bike and had his shoes stolen, say police.

Strong Armed Robbery –
On September 18th at 7:00PM, police responded to the area of Mapledale Ave and Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) for a robbery.
The victim, a 14 year old male of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was riding his bicycle in the area above when he was approached by an unknown male, possibly a juvenile.
The suspect pushed the victim off of his bike and took his shoes before fleeing on foot into a nearby wooded area. Minor injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
Suspect Description:
Hispanic male, between 15 & 17 years of age, 5’6”, 180lbs with a medium build, short brown hair, and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a black & white striped shirt, khakis pants, black socks, no shoes, and was carrying an iPod with red earphones
