After reviewing security footage at the CVS Pharmacy robbed at gunpoint this morning, police say the suspect’s vehicle appears to be a late model Chevrolet Camaro, not a Ford Mustang as first suspected.
DALE CITY , Va. — A man with a gun walked into a Dale City pharmacy today, used a gun to steal pills, and made off in an easily recognizable car.
It happened at 9:20 a.m. at the CVS Pharmacy at 63060 Hoadly Road near the intersection of Dale Boulevard. The man pulled a gun on the pharmacist and demanded the drugs, and then was able to flee is a newer model red Ford Mustang. The car had Virginia license plates, said Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok.
The suspect is black, in his mid 20s, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 150 pounds, last seen wearing large black sunglasses, a gray sweatshirt, tan shorts, and tennis shoes, said Perok.
No one was injured in the robbery.
