WOODBRIDGE, Va. — One man is charged with sexual battery in a case involves a 6-year-old girl.

Aggravated Sexual Battery – On March 22nd, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 3500 block of Beale Ct in Woodbridge (22193) between January 2012 and February 2013. The investigation revealed that the accused had sexually assaulted the victim, a 6 year old girl, on two separate occasions during the time frame above. Detectives further learned that the accused had also attempted to sexually assault another victim, a 9 year old girl, during the same time period. The accused is known to the victims and was residing at their residence at the time of the offenses. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Wanted for 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery and 2 counts of attempted aggravated sexual battery
