Strangulation | Assault & Battery *ADDITIONAL ARREST – Upon further investigation into this incident, it was determined that the initial victim in this case had assaulted the accused prior to the strangulation.
The 17-year-old male was in the restroom when the 15-year-old male approached him and struck him in the leg several times. In retaliation, the 17-year-old male placed his arm around the 15-year-old resulting in the strangulation. On October 23, the 15-year-old male was charged in connection to this incident.
