Indecent Exposure – On December 13ath at 3:40PM, police responded to the Marumsco Plaza located in the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) for a suspicious person call. The victim, a 17 year old female of Woodbridge, reported to police that the prior day around 10:30PM, she was walking in the area above when an unknown man pulled up next to her. The
driver asked the victim for directions and as the victim approached the vehicle, the driver appeared to have been exposing himself. The victim turned away and left the area. A similar incident was reported in the same location on November 25th. On that date around 6:23PM, the
victim, a 22 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was walking in the same general area when an unknown man drove up to her and, again, asked for directions. As the victim was speaking to the suspect, she noticed he was exposing himself to her. The victim then
told the man she was calling police, at which point, the man drove off. In both incidents, the man never exited the vehicle or attempted to grab either woman.

Burglary – On December 13th at 7:08PM, police responded to the 1900 block of Gableridge Tn
in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:30AM and 8:00PM on December 12th. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured front door. Jewelry and miscellaneous clothing, valued around $700, were reported missing.
Burglary – On December 13th at 1:10PM, police responded to the 14000 block of Lindendale Rd in Woodbridge (22193) for an alarm. Police arrived at the residence and discovered a rear window which had been broken out. It appeared a large rock had been used to break the window. No items were reported missing.
Burglary – On December 12th at 7:18PM, police responded to the 13200 block of Queensdale Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00AM and 5:30PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear window which had been broken out. A laptop, jewelry and two guns, valued around $32,000, were reported missing.
Burglary – On December 12th at 5:11PM, police responded to the 2700 block of Cantania Pl in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00AM and 2:30PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear window which had been broken out. No items were reported missing.
Burglary – On December 12that 4:41PM, police responded to the 15100 block of Holleyside Dr in Dumfries (22025) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:45AM and 3:15PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a ear window which
had been forced opened.
**ARRESTS**
Grand Larceny / Stolen Vehicle – On December 12th at 6:15PM, an officer utilizing the Automated License Plate Recognition cameras was alerted to a stolen vehicle in the area of Cloverdale Rd and Dillon Ave in Woodbridge
(22193). The officer attempted to stop the vehicle, being operated by the accused. The accused ignored the officers’ lights and siren and continued to the dead-end of Elmwood Ct where the accused fled on foot. The accused was arrested after a short foot pursuit. A search of the accused resulted in marijuana. The vehicle was stolen out of Fairfax County.

Nathaniel Bernard HINES, 21, of 14425 Lamar Rd in Woodbridge
Charged with grand larceny, eluding and possession of marijuana
