Woodbridge, Va. –– Two people have been charged in connection to a vandalism at Woodbridge Senior High School.

Police say someone broke into the high school on Old Bridge Road in Lake Ridge between 1:25 and 2:30 a.m. Saturday and sprayed fire extinguishers, poor liquids on floors and glued coins to door locks.

On Thursday, police say they’ve arrested the culprits behind the vandalism.

Aaron Alexander Gulliam, 18, of Colby Drive in Lake Ridge, is charged with burglary and destruction of property, said Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok.

He is scheduled to appear in court June 22 and was released on his own recognizance.

A 17-year-old from Woodbridge was also charged in connection to the vandalism, said Perok.

His name was withheld because he is a minor.

Police in Stafford County are also investigating a series of vandalisms that prompted several calls to that county’s sheriff’s department Wednesday.

At least seven vehicles parked in the Stafford Lakes area had been spray painted. One of the cars that had been left unlocked had its interior spray painted, said Stafford sheriff’s spokesman Bill Kennedy.

Anyone with information in this case is encouraged to contact the Stafford Sheriff’s Department.
