Stafford, Va. –– You won’t have to go far to find quality entertainment this weekend.
Students at Brooke Point High School will present Godspell on stage, tonight and tomorrow night at 7:30.
Tickets are $5 for children and $10 for adults. Students get in free with any school or college ID.
The drama department at Colonial Forge will present Hairspray – The Broadway Musical tonight at 7 o’clock, and on Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m.
More than 100 students are expected to participate in the show.
Tickets are $10 at the door, and if you’re hungry and come between 5 and 6:30 p.m., an additional $5 will get you pizza, salad, drink and dessert, said Stafford County Public Schools spokeswoman Valerie Cottongim.
Brooke Point High School is located at 1700 Courthouse Road, and Colonial Forge High School is located at 550 Courthouse Road in Stafford.
