Girl, 11, stalked at mall, say police

John Walter Niehaus, 66, is charged with assault and battery.

Woodrbridge, Va. –– Prince William police said a 66-year-old man inappropriately touched an 11-year-old girl at Potomac Mills mall.

Assault and Battery
On February 10th at 3:28PM, police responded to Potomac Mills Mall located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cl in Woodbridge (22192) for a suspicious person. The investigation revealed that the accused had allegedly been following the victim around the mall. The accused then allegedly rubbed up against an 11 year old girl as she was in one of the stores within the mall. No injuries were reported. The accused was located and charged.
