Woodbridge, Va. –– Three shopping centers in eastern Prince William County will receive awards for being some of the cleanest in the area.
The Prince William Clean Community Council on Friday is expected to award Potomac Mills mall, Lake Ridge Commons and the Shops at County Center with the organizations clean shopping center award.
The event will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. in the atrium of the McCourt Building, at the Prince William County Government complex off Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge, said PWCCC spokesman Kayne Karnbach.
This is the fourth year the Clean Community Council has presented their Volunteer Appreciation Event.
Prince William Board Chairman Corey Stewart will be on hand to present the award, and other members of the board are also expected to witness the presentations.
