North Stafford, Va. –– One man was tased during a robbery at a Radio Shack store in North Stafford on Monday night.
Two men at 9 p.m. walked into the electronics store at 418 Garrisonville Road (Va. 610), showed a knife and taser and demanded the two male employees, ages 20 and 25, go the manager’s office.
The robbers threatened to kill both employees if they did not comply with their demands, and one the attackers used a taser to assault one of the victims while the other was kicked, said Stafford sheriff’s spokesman Bill Kennedy.
The robbers took cell phones, computers and game consoles and then left through a rear door.
The victims were not treated for their injuries, and investigators say they did not get surveillance photos of the attackers.
The first robber is described as black, between 5 feet 10 inches tall, 23 to 25-years-old, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark baggy jeans and a dark beanie cap. He also had a thin mustache and thin goatee.
The second is also said to be black, between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall, 25 to 32-years-old, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, light jeans and blue bandana.
