Hunt for a rapist continues
One year later, police are still looking for the man believed to have raped two girls, ages 16 and 17, while another girl watched, behind Glendale Plaza in Dale City on Halloween in 2009, Insidenova.com reports.  DNA evidence later collected from the scene linked the crime to 12 other attacks on 16 other women along the east coast.

High fashion
A sophomore at Northern Virginia Community College’s Woodbridge campus has an eye for fashion, and big dreams of taking her love for clothes and studying in New York City, the NOVA Fortnightly reports.
