In this week’s Friday Finds: It’s your chance to see a classic 80s movie outdoors, see a classic 80s rock band perform, and learn where you can take your children to a place where they can have fun and mom and dad can have a Friday night to themselves.

Back to the Future
What’s summertime without a free outdoor movie? Come to the lawn at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Woodbridge for a showing of the 1980s classic “Back to the Future” and watch the teenage hero Marty McFly meet his parents when they were in high school in the 1950s, dance with a younger version of his mother at the high school dance, and with the help of a wild-eyed scientist, get back home to the year 1985.
Those who come are encouraged to bring their lawn chair or blanket, to 1400 G Street in Woodbridge.
Refreshments will be served, with the proceeds going to support the church’s mission fund.

House Party – No adults allowed
- The House provides a win/win night for all! A fun place where children in grades four through 12 can have a great time playing X-Box 360, Basketball, Air Hockey, and it’s one of the few places kids can skateboard!
The party starts every Friday at 7 and lasts until 10 p.m. The cost is a mere $5, which includes food! Some snacks and drinks cost extra.
The House is a modest looking building, right behind BJ’s off of the Prince William Parkway, at1 4000 Crown Court, Suite 105 in Woodbridge.

Threeo’s a Party!
Get your family and friends together and come enjoy the exciting musical group “The Threeo’s.”
This cover band of three plays classic and alternative rock songs and is known for adding their own twist to the music!
The Threeo’s will play from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Leesylvania State Park at 2001 Daniel K. Ludwig Drive in Woodbridge.
Those who come are encouraged to bring a blanket and a picnic basket.
The event is free and children are welcome!

Yes, you read right. Styx is coming to Fredericksburg on Saturday!
Relive the 80’s or experience for the first time with Styx at Celebrate Virginia Live, with special guest “Into the Now.” The gates will open at 6 p.m. and ticket prices start at $16.50.
Celebrate Virginia is at 503 Gordon W. Shelton Boulevard, near the Fredericksburg Expo Center and the new Wegmans.
