Job Search Workshop
The Northern Virginia Center of American National University (www.an.edu; 888-974-4094), located at 9705 Liberia Avenue in Manassas, will host a job search workshop on Wednesday, Aug. 27 from 10 a.m. to noon. The event is free and open to the public.
This workshop will offer:
- Tips on how to conduct a successful job search
- Writing a résumé that actually gets in front of a decision-maker
- Knowing what to ask and how to answer questions during a job interview
Participants should bring an updated résumé for review.
