A caretaker at Dumfries Cemetery found six head stones kicked over on Wednesday.
The stones were not permanently damaged, and they were able to be reset at their respective gravesites, said Dumfries Police Chief Rebecca Edwards.
No on is charged in the vandalism, and there are no suspects in the case. The graveyard sits behind Dumfries Elementary School and is home to some of the oldest graves in the area, with some headstones dating back to the 17th century.
