Lorton, Va. –– Police have identified the man who was struck by at train in Lorton.
Investigators say 46-year-old Kevin E. Eversburg is the victim in the apparent accident.
He has no fixed address and the family has been notified, said police.
Investigators found Eversburg’s remains on Saturday and said then they do not expect foul play in his death.
Police said Eversburg was most likely walking alongside the tracks when we was struck, possibly sometime last week.
A railroad employee spotted Eversburg’s remains on Saturday and called police.
