One of the teens arrested Tuesday following a gun scare in Manassas Park faces charges. Police found the teen to be in possesion of a pellet gun.
Here's more in a statement from Manassas Park police Division Chief Karen Barton:
On March 17, 2015, one juvenile was charged with Disorderly Conduct and is being held at the Juvenile Detention Home, pending a court hearing. A rifle style pellet gun with a scope and several other replica firearms were seized when this juvenile was taken into custody. Detectives are in the process of obtaining a petition for felony brandishing on school property for the same juvenile. No charges were placed against the second juvenile.
