Kenneth Thomas Nixon, SR, age 62 of Manassas, VA died at his residence on June 30, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on October 31, 1956 in Baltimore, MD son of Sellie Howard, JR and the late Elizabeth Nixon.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Nixon; his children Carlos Burgess, Archelle Spruill, Leon Burgess, Latoya Burgess, Kenneth Nixon, JR, Joshua Nixon and Shawnta Nixon; his sisters Sheila Nixon, Maria Lovitt, Sylvia Booker, Sally Howard and Sabrina Howard and by his 17 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 6-8 PM at Pierce Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM in First Baptist Church, 9258 Center Street, Manassas, VA with Dr. Keith Savage officiating. Interment Pleasant Valley Memorial Park in Annandale, VA.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
