From Prince William police:
Sexual Assault Investigation – On July 23, detectives with the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into an alleged sexual assault that occurred at the located at 13542 Minnieville Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) earlier in the day.
The investigation revealed that while working at the restaurant, the victim, identified as an 18-year-old woman, was forced into a closet and sexually assaulted by her boss, identified as the suspect. The victim was eventually able to get out of the closet and flee the business.
The victim then went to a police station to report the incident. During the investigation, a search warrant was executed at the restaurant where evidence was recovered. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Henry Mauricio PACAS. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful.
