Abduction, robbery in Prince William

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY (Press Release) – On November 22 at 9:56AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7600 block of Mangione Ct in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 29-year-old woman, reported to police that she and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim and held her down on a bed. There were three other people in the residence and, when one of them attempted to contact police, the suspect took the phone and threw it. The accused then grabbed a knife and threatened them. The parties eventually separated and police were contacted. The accused fled the area prior to officers arriving at the home. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused, identified as Davon Lee WASHINTON. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Strong-Armed Robbery *ARREST – On November 19, Richard Steven WINDSOR, wanted for a robbery of an acquaintance at a KFC in Woodbridge on October 14, was arrested by a deputy with the Prince William County Sheriff’s Office. Attempts to locate a second wanted suspect, identified as Joseph William WINDSOR, for his involvement in this incident have been unsuccessful.

Strong-Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On October 14 at 6:18PM, officers responded to the KFC drive-thru located at 1307 Devils Reach Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 30-year-old man, reported to police that he was sitting in his vehicle in the drive-thru line at the KFC when a vehicle pulled in front of him and block his vehicle in the drive-thru line. Two acquaintances then got out of the vehicle, reached into the victim’s vehicle, and assaulted him while demanding his money. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area in a vehicle. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the suspects, identified as Richard Steven WINDSOR and Joseph William WINDSOR. Attempts to locate both of the accused have been unsuccessful.

 Armed Robbery – On November 26 at 10:54AM, officers responded to the GNC store located at 12359 Dillingham Sq in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed that an unknown man entered the store, implied he had a firearm under his coat, and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A responding officer observed a man matching the description of the suspect driving away in a red Chevrolet Trail Blazer in the area of Smoketown Rd and Cotton Mill Dr. Officers conducted a vehicle stop and determined that the driver of the Trail Blazer was the suspect involved in the robbery. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as James Earl ROBINSON, was arrested.

Compared to gas, electric lawn equipment can reduce emissions, noise pollution, health risks and maintenance costs and time. The program aims to remove about a hundred gas-powered polluting tools from yards in the greater Baltimore-Washington region.

The exchanges will take place the weekends of May 17-19, 2024, and May 31-June 2, 2024, at A Few Cool Hardware Stores network of employee-owned Ace Hardware stores in the DC and Baltimore metro areas.
