George Ilya Zbarsky

George Ilya Zbarsky, 87, died Monday, July 10, 2017, at his Manassas Home.

Mr. Zbarsky was a Russian Air Force veteran before becoming an engineer specializing in applied computing for the Air Force and the Space Program. He was an extremely capable handyman and he enjoyed time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Maya Zbarsky; a daughter, Dr. Alla Druker and two grandsons, Leo and Michael Druker.

A service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Pierce Funeral Home.
