DALE CITY, Va. — Police are investigating a robbery at a 7-Eleven store in the Darbydale section of Dale City.

The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in providing information about an armed robbery which was reported to have occurred at the Darbydale 7-11 located in the Woodbridge area of Prince William County.
On July 8th at 2:15AM, officers responded to the 7-11 Convenience Store located at 14797 Darbydale Ave in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown masked man entered the store and approached the counter. Once at the counter, the man pulled out a handgun and demanded money and cigarettes. The man took multiple packs of cigarettes and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Black male, unknown age, 6’0” with a thin build and light complexion
Last seen wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, black athletic shorts, and a black mask
