MANASSAS, Va. — A newly expanded parking lot is now open at Novant Prince William Hospital.
A total of 392 spaces have been added to the parking lot which will primarily be used by hospital employees. It’s part of a larger overall plan to upgrade the medical center in Manassas.
“The plan will upgrade our Manassas campus with the development of facilities, infrastructure and services. The construction of the new employee parking lot enhances accessibility to services for patients and visitors and creates space for future phases,” said Novant spokeswoman Kim Golanski.
Construction of the lot began last year. The lot comes as Novant is spending cash to upgrade its facilities, as well as open a new hospital in Haymarket.
