Prince William Crime Watch: Arrests Made in Carnal Knowledge, Assaults Cases

The following information comes from an unedited police press release:
Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On May 18th at 1:31AM, officers stopped a vehicle in the area of the Prince William Pkwy and Hoadly Rd in Woodbridge (22192) for a traffic related offense. Officers determined that the driver, identified as the accused, was under the influence of alcohol. The accused initially resisted arrest but was subsequently detained. While officers were placing the accused in the backseat of a cruiser, she bit one of them in the arm causing a minor injury. Following the incident, the accused was arrested.
Arrested on May 18th:
Natasha Lynne INDERBITZIN-BROOKS, 29, of 46 Beckwith Ln in Washington, VA
Charged with assault & battery on a LEO, driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest,reckless driving, and unreasonable refusal
Court date: June 18, 2014 | Bond: held WITHOUT bond
Carnal Knowledge – On May 15th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in a wooded area in the 12800 block of Tumbling Brook Ln in Woodbridge (22192). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 13 year old female juvenile, was sexually assaulted by the below listed individuals. Following the investigation, both men were arrested without incident.

Charged with carnal knowledge

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On May 17th at 7:00PM, officers were on scene of the aggravated malicious wounding [noted on page 1 of this report] in the 1400 block of Bayside Ave in Woodbridge
(22191) when a resident of the apartment complex, identified as the accused, approached a cordoned off crime scene area. The accused refused to listen to officers and crossed the police line into the crime scene area. Officers intervened and, at one point, the accused struck one of the officers in the hand. Following the incident, the accused was arrested.

Bryan PADILLA ESCAMILLA, 18, of 1413 Bayside Ave #10 in Woodbridge
Charged with assault & battery on a LEO
