Obituary for Elbert “Bud” R. Turner

Elbert “Bud” R. Turner, 76, passed away last Tuesday January 21, 2014. Elbert was born in Graymont Georgia to Lewis and Louis Turner. After a brief time in the military, Elbert settled in Northern Virginia where he worked for many years as an Electrical Engineer. Elbert was a Grand Master and a founding member at the Dale City Mason Lodge.

Elbert is survived by and deeply missed by wife Carol Turner of 51 years, Daughters: Denise and her husband Jim, Carrie and her husband Kevin, Sons: Kevin and Daniel and his wife Amy, Grandchildren: Jimmy, Jeremy, Triniti, Alexus, Alliyah, Rahel, Hannah, and Brooke, one brother Ephriam and a host of other family and friends.

Friends and Family will gather at Mountcastle Turch 4143 Dale Blvd Dale City Va 22193 on Sunday January 26, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. A service will be held the next day at 10am. Interment will be held at Stafford Memorial Park.
