Shattered glass bottles used in fight at Woodbridge motel

From police: 

Malicious Wounding – On November 16 at 7:29PM, officers responded to the Potomac Inn located at 13964 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a fight. When officers arrived, they located two victims, both 27-year old men of no fixed addresses, who reported to police that they were involved in a physical altercation with two other unknown men outside the hotel. During the encounter, both men broke glass bottles and attempted to strike the victims. One of the suspects, identified as Pastor ARTOLA, was able to strike one of the victims in the upper body with the broken bottle causing superficial injuries. The other victim was able to deflect the other suspect, identified as Abdulio CRUZ-REYES, and avoided being struck. After the altercation, both suspects fled in a vehicle. Detectives were able to identify both men who were eventually located and subsequently arrested following the investigation. Minor injuries were reported.

The exchanges will take place the weekends of May 17-19, 2024, and May 31-June 2, 2024, at A Few Cool Hardware Stores network of employee-owned Ace Hardware stores in the DC and Baltimore metro areas.
