Two adults, teens busted at Horner Road commuter lot

Police arrested four people at the Horner Road commuter lot Friday, June 17, and charged them with possession of stolen property. 

While it’s not related to these arrests, this is the same commuter lot where commuters have come home after work to find their cars on blocks.

From Prince William police: 

Possession of Stolen Property – On June 17 at 8:46AM, officers from the Bike Unit were proactively patrolling the Horner Rd Commuter Lot located at 13524 Telegraph Rd in Woodbridge (22192) when they observed several suspicious persons looking into vehicle windows. Officers made contact with the suspects and determined that they were in possession of stolen property which had been taken from vehicles in North Carolina. Following the investigation, the suspects were arrested without incident.

Arrested on June 17:

Tariq Sulaiman MUHAMMAD, 19, of 2609 Demille St in Durham, North Carolina

Charged with 2 counts of possession of a stolen credit card, 2 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, 1 count of possession of stolen property, and 1 count of urinating in public

Romehario SANCHO, 18, of 453 East 95th St in Brooklyn, New York 

Charged with 2 counts of possession of a stolen credit card, 2 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and 1 count of possession of stolen property,

Court Date: July 21, 2016| Bond: Both were held WITHOUT Bond

A 16 year old male juvenile of New York [Juvenile]

Charged with 1 count of possession of a schedule I or II narcotic, possession of 2 or more stolen credit cards, 1 count of possession of stolen property, and possession of marijuana

A 17 year old male juvenile of North Carolina [Juvenile]

Charged with 1 count of possession of 2 or more stolen credit cards and 1 count of possession of stolen property

Court Date: Pending | Status: Both were held at the Juvenile Detention Center
