Police Find Child Pornography at Gainesville Home

GAINESVILLE, Va. – On October 10, officers from the Special Victims Unit and Internet Crimes against Children Task Force conducted a search warrant in the area and arrested a man tied to a child pornography case. Officers were led to the suspect after they discovered that he was talking to a 16-year-old girl from New York and upon further searching of his home, officers found more evidence of child pornography. 

Here’s the latest from Prince William police; 

Child Pornography Investigation – On October 10th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit and members of the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at 4518 Logmill Rd in Gainesville (20155) in connection to an ongoing investigation into child pornography. The investigation began after it was discovered by another jurisdiction that a 16 year old juvenile female of New York was having explicit communication with the accused who resides in Prince William County. As a result of the search of the home, multiple electronic devices containing evidence of child pornography were seized. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Justin Patrick BONIEWICZ, 29, of 4518 Logmill Rd in Gainesville

Charged with production of child pornographysolicitation of child pornography andusing a communications system to facilitate certain offenses with a minor

Court date: pending | Bond: held WITHOUT bond
