News Chair Leg Used to Strike Woman in Face
WOODBRIDGE, Va. – On Sunday, a 38-year-old woman told police that following an argument, a female acquaintance struck her in the face and arm with a broken chair leg. The victim was sent to the hospital and a woman was arrested.
Here’s the latest from Prince William police;
Malicious Wounding – On July 27th at 11:20AM, officers responded to the 14300 block of Potomac Mills Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 38 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a broken chair leg and struck the victim in the face and arm. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with malicious wounding
