MANASSAS, Va. — Police arrested a man they say drove his car into a home early Sunday morning.

Residence Struck by Vehicle – Arrest
At approximately 5:15AM on July 20, 2014 Manassas City Police responded to the 9200 block of Bayberry Ave in reference to a vehicle that had struck a house. Upon arrival officers discovered that the suspect had driven his Dodge Challenger into the front of a residence where it rested entirely on the lower level, then fled the scene on foot.
Officers located the suspect, Eberardo CASTILLO, a short distance away on Lomond Ave with non-life-threatening injuries and placed him under arrest without incident. The victims, one adult male, one adult female, and one juvenile female, were also treated for non-life-threatening injuries resulting from the collision.
Arrangements are underway with American Red Cross to find housing for the victims as the residence was deemed unfit for occupancy. CASTILLO, 23, of 7982 Community Dr, Manassas, VA 20109 was charged with two counts of driving under the influence (DUI) maiming, two counts of felony hit and run, and misdemeanor DUI.
He was held without bond and has a pending court date of September 16, 2014. This is an ongoing investigation.
